At Closet Case Co., we want you to love your purchase.

Due to the nature of boutique and supplier-based inventory, all sales are currently final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the item
  • description of the issue

Approved issues may qualify for:

  • replacement
  • store credit
  • or refund at our discretion

The following items are non-returnable:

  • sale items
  • swimwear
  • intimate apparel
  • accessories

Closet Case Co. reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
